Google going green!
Looks like BigG is going to make a giant leap over the IT boundaries, starting to pay interest for other potentially profitable markets.
Right yesterday Google representatives announced the brand is starting to invest into renewable energies, focusing on solar, geothermic, wind turbines and so on.
The aim is remarkable and hard to achieve: make it possible to produce energy from renewable sources in a cheaper way than from coal.
The people from Mountain View surprise me once more. Google rarely misses the target, let’s see if they will succeed this time too; as we know the world is in desperate need of renewable sources development.
PS: i’m playing with a new toy, you can see the pictures below. It’s a shiny Samsung Q45 based on the latest Santa Rosa platform(nothing to do with the Marmalade). What a damn machine, not bad for a firstcomer (at least here in Italy)…sadly it’s not mine. Hope Santa will be generous this Christmas, who knows 😛
